Psittacus Lory Diet 15 kg

It is a complete food rich in sugars formulated for adult psittacines of the Loriini tribe. It contains dehydrated apple and dried whole egg. It can be offered dry and/or mixed with water. Faecal consistency is improved when using the dry formula. When Lory Diet is offered mixed with water, add enough water to reach a creamy texture. It is recommended to offer fruit and vegetables in order to provide variety to the diet. If the product is offered mixed with water, prepare the right amount to be consumed in a short period of time to prevent it from spoiling .Whenever chicks are present in the nest, it is advisable that the breeding pairs have Frugivorous Neonatal Hand Feeding or Lory Special Hand Feeding (depending on the age of the chicks) also available. As a reference, these birds consume between 8 and 16 g of dry Lory Diet per 100 g of body weight daily.
